AI-Generated Content - No Warranty or Liability

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: AI-generated content on the platform is provided for informational purposes only. We are NOT responsible for:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
Errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations in AI responses
Decisions made based on AI-generated content
Any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
The appropriateness of AI-generated content for your specific use case

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or outdated information. Always verify important information independently and use AI-generated content at your own risk. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Confidential Information - User Responsibility

CRITICAL WARNING: Do NOT share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information on the platform. We are NOT responsible if you:

The platform supports multi-tenant organizations. Your organization administrator may have additional rules and policies that apply to your use of the platform within your organization. You must comply with both these Terms of Service and your organization's policies.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform:

For any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
To transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
To spam or send unsolicited communications
To collect or harvest user information
To compete with or create competing services
To reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
To abuse rate limits or system resources

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Platform Availability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Content on the platform, including AI-generated content and user contributions, does not constitute professional advice. We are not providing legal, financial, accounting, or other professional services. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The AI Marketing Collective, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform
Damages resulting from AI-generated content errors or inaccuracies
Damages resulting from unauthorized disclosure of confidential information you shared
Damages resulting from data breaches or security incidents
Damages resulting from platform downtime or technical failures
Damages resulting from third-party service failures
Any other damages arising from your use of the platform

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
