Information subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)

If you need to share sensitive information, please use secure, private channels outside of this platform. Always review your organization's data handling policies before sharing information.

AI-Generated Content Privacy

When you use AI features on the platform, your queries may be processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI, DeepSeek) to generate responses. We maintain transparency about AI usage and clearly label AI-generated content. Your queries are used to improve AI responses but are not shared with third parties for training purposes beyond what is necessary for the service.

We are NOT responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI systems may produce errors, hallucinations, or inaccurate information. Always verify important information independently and do not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

Data Security Limitations

While we implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, Row Level Security (RLS), and access controls, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against data breaches, unauthorized access, or cyber attacks. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

We are not liable for damages resulting from security breaches beyond our reasonable control
You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and account security
You should not share sensitive information that requires absolute confidentiality
You should maintain backups of important content

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.
